Vintage Cartier “Gondole” Gold Watch

Vintage Cartier “Gondole” Gold Watch
Style is shaped by details, taste, and knowledge. Choosing unique and rare timepieces from Cartier — the kind that go unnoticed by passersby — reflects a certain level of freedom and refined style.
In 1972, to mark the relocation of its manufacture from Paris to Switzerland, Cartier released a limited series of 12 gold watches, among which was the golden “Gondole.” This model was crafted exclusively in 18k gold and produced only until the 1990s.
The Cartier “Gondole” is a delicate and refined mechanical gold watch, created in two variations — with a vertically or horizontally oriented case.
This particular watch has been serviced by a watchmaker. It is made of yellow gold and features a beautifully classic Roman numeral dial. It comes with a newly crafted elegant black strap and its original box.
I personally own this piece in my collection, and I wish the same joy to you.
